Systems Warranty
All new BEST computers systems come with 5 years limited warranty - our major
system components are covered with a 2 year manufacture parts warranty.
These include the motherboard, CPU, RAM, video cards, sound cars, modems,
adapter cards and network cards.
Other components such as CD-ROMs, CD-RWs and hard drives are only covered by
1 year manufacture warranty. All consumables such as keyboards, mouse,
speakers, floppy drive have 6 months warranty. Power supply will not be
under warranty if we find that the unit was damaged by surge, power spikes, or
power interruption.
For some monitors, printer, scanner and cameras, warranty is covered by a
third party supplier and should be directly returned to proper manufactures.
A copy of the original receipt or invoice is required upon the return of
goods. Refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase and must be in 'as-new' condition.
Management reserves the right to not refund at their discretion. Special ordered parts
are non-refundable.
Parts Warranty
All parts come with 1 years warranty. Please retain docket for warranty purposes. If the parts are current models, we will immediately replace it. If the parts are not the current models we will loan a similar part, Or we will upgrade parts with an agreed amount of purchase.
